Compared with the 2024 baseline, Fortune Medical reduced total GHG emissions by 200.39 tCO2e in 2025, a 9.23% decrease. Meanwhile, headcount increased from 298 to 305, while emissions intensity per employee fell from 7.29 to 6.46 tCO2e, down 11.32%. This reflects the Company’s progress in decoupling business growth from carbon emissions.
Using 2023 as the management baseline, the Company continues to establish annual reduction targets and track progress through specific energy-saving projects.
The following four major measures were implemented in 2025:

Water consumption in 2025 decreased by 828 liters compared with 2024, representing an approximate 5.59% reduction.
During 2025, inspections and improvements were conducted on water facilities. A leaking toilet in the women’s restroom on the first floor of the original plant office building was repaired using gasket sealant, preventing continuous water leakage, reducing water waste, and improving facility maintenance effectiveness.
